About Me
My name is Trudy Wilson and I am a fully qualified Massage and Holistic Therapist and Reiki Practitioner.
I provide therapies designed to reduce aches, pains and tension while supporting your overall health and well being.
I am a Mobile Therapist working throughout Central Scotland covering postcode areas FK1 to FK8 and FK10 to FK14 as well as Bo'ness, Bridge of Allan, Cumbernauld and Kilsyth for private clients.
Travel outside these areas can also be arranged for Workplace Wellness bookings and Pamper/Hen Parties.
I come to you, allowing you to receive your treatment in the comfort and familiarity of your own home.

Having trained in over 20 therapy modalities, I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach.
Every session is tailored to you, combining techniques that best support your individual needs and goals.
