TWO AT FIVE

I recently introduced Two at Five to my massage therapies, and it is proving very popular.

So what is Two at Five?

Two people within the same household each receive a Swedish massage — one at 5pm, followed by the other at 6pm.

It’s an ideal way to unwind after a long day and a perfect way to begin your evening or end your working week. As always, the treatment is carried out in your own home.

I release specific Two at Five slots on my Business Facebook page (Trudy Wilson Mobile Massage and Holistic Therapies). These can be booked by contacting me directly via Facebook or by using the Contact / Book Now page on this website.



LYMPHATIC MASSAGE

(Including Post Surgery, Lymphoedema and Lipoedema Support)

There continues to be strong demand for my lymphatic work. I specialise in Post Surgery, Lymphoedema and Lipoedema support and have eight years’ experience in this field.

For many clients, this is an important part of their recovery journey and not something to approach lightly. 
I am always honoured when clients choose me to support them during this time.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage, when carried out by a fully qualified practitioner, can be extremely effective in supporting the recovery process.

My lymphatic clients benefit from mobile treatments, particularly in the early stages of recovery when travelling may not be practical.  

Many also choose my Block Booking option, which provides a reduced price when booking a course of 10 sessions, allowing consistent treatment and ongoing support throughout their recovery.
