LYMPHATIC MASSAGE (including Post Surgery Op, Lymphoedema and Lipoedema support)

A COST EFFECTIVE BLOCK BOOKING OF A COURSE OF 10 TREATMENTS IS AVAILABLE

I have 8 years’ experience providing lymphatic treatments, supporting clients with lymphoedema, lipoedema, post-surgical swelling and fluid retention.
I am also proud to be regularly recommended for lymphatic treatments by both clients and clinics.

Many of the people I see find travelling to appointments uncomfortable or impractical, particularly after surgery or when managing ongoing swelling. As a fully mobile therapist, I bring professional Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment to you in the comfort of your own home.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialised technique that encourages the movement of lymph fluid through the body. By supporting the lymphatic system, it can help reduce swelling, assist recovery after surgery and support the management of lymphatic conditions.

Lymphatic Massage can help with:

• Post-operative swelling
• Lymphoedema management
• Lipoedema support
• Fluid retention and swollen ankles
• Tired, heavy legs
• Sinus congestion
• Scar healing
• Recovery following injury

MLD is both supportive and restorative. It is deeply relaxing while encouraging the body’s natural healing processes.

Your comfort and safety are always the priority.
While treatments can be carried out on my professional massage couch, sessions are adapted around your mobility and stage of recovery. If getting onto the massage couch is uncomfortable or not appropriate following surgery, treatment will be adjusted and carried out in a way that works safely and comfortably for you.

SWEDISH HOLISTIC MASSAGE

60 MINUTES £75
75 MINUTES £90
1HR 30 MINUTES £110

Swedish massage is one of the most widely recognised massage treatments in the Western world. It forms the foundation of many other styles, including sports massage and deep tissue techniques, and is based on Western anatomy and physiology.

Your treatment takes place on a professional massage couch in the comfort of your own home. I use grapeseed oil or a lightly scented balm to allow smooth, controlled movements across the muscles. The session begins by warming the tissue before progressing into specific techniques designed to ease tension and address areas of tightness.

Swedish massage can help with:

  • General muscular tension
  • Stress and mental fatigue
  • Stiff shoulders and upper back
  • Lower back tightness
  • Everyday aches linked to work or lifestyle

This treatment includes the back, neck, shoulders, arms and legs. The abdomen and feet are optional.

 DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

60 MINUTES £75
1 HR 15 MINUTES £90
1 HR 30 MINUTES £110

Unlike classic massage therapy, which is generally used for relaxation, deep tissue massage focuses on addressing specific problem areas.

Common issues include back and shoulder pain, muscular tenderness and reduced flexibility. This technique works particularly well for chronic muscle tightness and injury rehabilitation.

Firm pressure and slow, controlled strokes are used to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). The treatment targets contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, lower back pain, tight leg muscles and sore shoulders.

Deep Tissue Massage can help with:

  • Chronic muscular pain
  • Limited mobility
  • Recovery from injury (e.g. sports injuries or whiplash)
  • Repetitive strain injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Postural tension
  • Osteoarthritis discomfort
  • Muscle spasm and tightness

At the beginning of the session, lighter pressure is applied to warm the muscles before progressing into deeper techniques. This treatment aims to release adhesions (tight bands of tissue), improve circulation and restore movement.

This is a bespoke treatment tailored to your needs and is carried out while you lie comfortably on my professional massage couch. Oil or massage balm is used during the session.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE (ABDOMINAL AND FULL BODY)

60 MINUTES £75
1 HR 15 MINUTES £90
1 HR 30 MINUTES £110

Pregnancy massage can help to alleviate many of the symptoms and physical changes associated with pregnancy. During this important time of emotional and physical adjustment, massage can offer significant support for both mother and baby.

Within this treatment, particular attention is given to the legs and feet, and back and shoulders. The abdomen is optional. The massage helps the body adapt to the changes taking place and supports overall comfort throughout pregnancy, as well as preparation for labour and recovery.

Pregnancy Massage can help with:
  • Muscle tension
  • Muscle spasm and cramping
  • Sciatic pain
  • Swelling and oedema
  • Back, neck and shoulder discomfort linked to hormonal and postural changes
  • Poor sleep
  • Headaches
  • Heartburn
  • Mood fluctuations

Although pregnancy is a wonderful time, the physical strain on joints, ligaments and organs can cause discomfort. Massage supports circulation, relaxation and overall wellbeing during this period.

This treatment is carried out with you positioned safely and comfortably on my professional massage couch, using appropriate support and bolstering. Grapeseed oil is used during the session.
HOT  STONE MASSAGE

CRYOTHERAPY (COLD STONE) MASSAGE

60 MINUTES £75
75 MINS £90
1 HR 30 MINUTES £110

Hot and cold stone massage techniques date back thousands of years. Native tribes of Hawaii and Tibet, American Indians and Chinese practitioners have used stone therapy to ease tension in both body and mind.

The heat of the stones penetrates the skin and muscle fibres more deeply than massage alone. The thermal effect creates both local and systemic responses within the body, encouraging deep relaxation.

Hot and cold stone massage can help with:

  • Deep muscular tension
  • Stress and mental fatigue
  • Poor circulation
  • Stiffness and restricted movement
  • Overall relaxation and wellbeing

This is a full-body treatment carried out while you lie comfortably on my professional massage couch. Oil or massage balm is used to allow smooth, controlled movements with the stones.

Hot Stone Massage is one of my most popular treatments.

Cryotherapy (Cold Stone Massage) is a powerful alternative to ice bathing, offering many of the same benefits without exposure to the outdoor elements.

 CUPPING THERAPY FOR PAIN MANAGEMENT

60 MINUTES £75
ADD ON TO MASSAGE AVAILABLE

Functional Integrated Cupping Therapy (FICT) is based on traditional Chinese medicine techniques and modern therapeutic principles.

During this treatment, specialised cups are placed on the skin to create suction. The negative pressure gently lifts the tissue, encouraging increased blood flow to the area and supporting the body’s natural healing response.

Cupping helps stretch tight fascia and muscles while stimulating circulation. The lifting effect alters pressure within the tissues, influencing nerves, capillaries and connective tissue beneath the surface.

Cupping Therapy can help with:

  • Muscular pain
  • Stiffness and restricted movement
  • Inflammation
  • Migraines
  • Fatigue
  • Rheumatic discomfort
  • Stress-related tension

It may assist in reducing swelling, improving joint mobility and supporting recovery when combined with other treatments, including deep tissue massage.

Cupping is a popular treatment among clients seeking focused pain management and muscular relief.
 STICKS AND STONES MASSAGE

60 MINUTES £75
75 MINUTES £90
1 HR 30 MINS £110

Sticks and Stones Massage combines two powerful treatments — Warm Bamboo Massage and Hot Stone Therapy — to create a deeply relaxing and effective full-body treatment.

The warmth of the basalt stones helps to soften and relax the muscles, allowing tension to melt away while encouraging improved circulation.

Warm bamboo canes are then used to apply deeper massage techniques. The bamboo allows for firm, controlled pressure and smooth rolling movements that help release areas of tightness and muscular tension.

The combination of heat and bamboo massage techniques allows muscles to be worked more effectively while still maintaining a deeply calming experience.

Sticks and Stones Massage can help with:

  • Deep muscular tension
  • Stiffness and restricted movement
  • Stress and fatigue
  • Poor circulation
  • General aches and tight muscles

This treatment is carried out while you lie comfortably on my massage couch using grapeseed oil or massage balm to allow smooth, controlled movements throughout the session.

The result is a wonderfully warming and therapeutic treatment that leaves the body relaxed, refreshed and rebalanced.

ONCOLOGY MASSAGE

60 MINUTES £75
1 HR 15 MINS £90
1 HR 30 MINS £110

It was important to me to gain my diploma in Oncology Massage, as massage should be inclusive and accessible to everyone.

Massage does not spread cancer. This is a long-standing myth. Cancer spreads through genetic mutation, not through the mechanical movement of massage.

However, if a client is living with cancer and wishes to receive massage, it is essential that the treatment is delivered by a therapist trained specifically in Oncology Massage. The session must be carefully adapted and tailored to the individual, with a full understanding of how cancer and its treatments affect the body.

Oncology Massage is suitable for those:

  • In active cancer treatment
  • In recovery or survivorship
  • Living with long-term effects of treatment
  • Receiving palliative or end-of-life care

An Oncology Massage therapist must understand the disease process itself, the side effects of treatments such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiation and medication, and how to modify techniques safely and appropriately.

Oncology Massage can help with:

  • Pain and discomfort
  • Fatigue
  • Anxiety
  • Nausea
  • Headaches
  • Reduced range of movement
  • Scar tissue sensitivity
  • Sleep disturbance

A full consultation is always carried out prior to treatment to ensure the session is safe, appropriate and fully tailored to you.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

60 MINUTES £75
1 HR 15 MINUTES £90
1 HR 30 MINUTES £110

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a specialised soft tissue technique that focuses on stretching and elongating the fascia — the connective tissue surrounding muscles. It is an effective method for releasing tension in problem areas such as the neck, diaphragm, lower back and pelvis.

MFR uses gentle, sustained pressure combined with stretching techniques to help eliminate pain and restore movement. The session begins with light work to warm and assess the tissue before focusing more specifically on areas of restriction.

Some areas may feel intense, particularly where muscles have been holding long-term tension or stress. Injuries and scarring can also contribute to fascial restriction.

Myofascial Release can help with:

  • Back pain
  • Neck pain
  • Sciatica
  • Sports injuries
  • Whiplash
  • Postural imbalances
  • Muscle tightness
  • Pelvic discomfort
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Scar tissue restriction

This treatment is performed directly on the skin without oils or creams. It may involve working in different positions and using sustained pressure or small, targeted stretches to release restricted tissue. Breathwork may be incorporated to enhance the effectiveness of the treatment.

Regular Myofascial Release can support improved posture, flexibility and overall muscular balance.

75 MINS £90

Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient and distinctive form of body therapy that combines deep stretching with rhythmic compression techniques. It is performed on a traditional floor mat, with the client remaining fully clothed throughout.

Thai Yoga Massage can help with:

  • Deep muscular tension
  • Reduced flexibility
  • Stress and fatigue
  • Poor circulation
  • Joint stiffness
  • General aches and discomfort

The treatment encourages relaxation while improving range of movement and overall balance within the body.
